Product Delivery
All orders containing in-stock product which is received before 2:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day (i.e. Orders received after 3:00pm PST Friday will be prepared for shipment the following Monday). All orders shipping outside of the U.S. will be shipped via UPS or FedEx International at nominal costs. International delivery times are normally 5-7 days for expedited shipments, or 10-13 days for standard service. We do not require signature for domestic or international package delivery unless specifically requested at the time of order.
Unfortunately Paintball Gun Splatter does not control a package once it leaves our facility. Paintball Gun Splatter is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, etc.
Please remember that you (or the recipient) are responsible for any inbound duties or taxes. Shipping charges incurred through Paintball Gun Splatter are paying for freight and nothing else.
Return Policy & Procedure
We offer a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee on all new and unused merchandise in its original packaging (paintballs excluded).
Limited Time Holiday Return Policy: During the Christmas holiday season we will be extending our normal return policy to allow for additional "gifting" and return time. Any order placed after Nov. 1st will have until Jan. 15th to return unopened items otherwise the standard 30 day return period will be observed.
1. For defective merchandise please contact the manufacturer first. Defective merchandise must be returned / repaired / replaced / exchanged through the manufacturer. All manufacturers provide a 90-day (some offer 1 full year) parts and labor warranty on paintball guns. Please review the product owner's manual before use and register your product for warranty.
2. For alll other Returns, please contact Paintball Gun Splatter for a Return Authorization number.
Paintball Gun Splatter will accept most returns on unopened items for up to 30 days after the invoice date. Returns are for products that you do not wish to keep and must have zero appearance of being opened or used. If we have sent you an incorrect product or size or your item is damaged, we will happily help you to return the product at no charge to you.
You must obtain an RA number. Returns will not be accepted without this authorization number.
Most guns, once opened, cannot be returned. The manufacturer of the gun will handle all warranty issues including defects out of the box. The manufacturer contact information is usually listed in the contents of the box or on the box itself. All manufacturers provide at least a 90-day (some offer 1 year) full parts and labor warranty on guns. Please call us if you need help contacting the manufacturer.
All returns requested after 30 days are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns are accepted up to 60 days past the invoice date. Used products may not be returned under any circumstances. Use is defined as any attempt to open packaging, fire, install, wear or wash. Purchasers are responsible for all importation taxes and duties imposed. Breakage is insured in shipment. Please contact carrier immediately if damage is noted on parcel. We will attempt to ship you your desired color in paintballs, but color is not guaranteed. Used products may not be returned. All defective products must be repaired / replaced / exchanged / refunded by the manufacturer. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping will be charged on returns that received free shipping. Shipping costs will not be refunded on returns or refused packages.
